That isn't to say that Ontellonji is entirely lacking in compassion or the ability to make and keep friends; it's really people in authority he has problems with, and people who are particularly argumentative or annoying. He actually gets along remarkably well with Pebai, being both a big brother protector figure and a playmate that has enough energy to keep up with her. Hambia is too boring to bother with, and Brio too much of a pansy-- not to mention to quick with his fire magic!-- to pick fights with. So, Frux really does get the brunt of his attitude.

Because both of his parents are shifters, Ontellonji has a limited ability to shape-shift into a human-like form. He doesn't do it often, and as such is not particularly good at the ability, from lack of practice as much as from lack of talent. He appears white-skinned and black-haired-- with streaks of iridescence, like his fur-tufting-- with the same bright blue eyes. Most of the time, as well, he has wings, a tail, dragon-ears, or all three, when he tries, as well. It is as much pride as preference that keeps him in dragon form most of the time.
