Description: | Chiya is small for a Light dragon, not even yet reaching
thirteen feet tall at the shoulder, but her coloring is fairly normal: an
opalescent white with an extra pigmentation of soft, mint green down her
throat, across her belly, in the silky fur at the end of her tail, and in
the sails of her wings. The horn atop her head is small and blunt, a very
light green that is almost white, and her eyes are a slightly more grayed green
than her shading.
As a human, Chiya is just as small and delicate, proportionately, to her dragon form. Her hair is a silvery green, with a rather unnatural shine to it, and her eyes are the same pale green as her dragon form. |
Personality: | Chiya is still a very young mind: idealistic, full of faith and energy,
trusting in the superiority of the Right versus the Wrong. Still, her
youthful belief that because she is good and pure, she cannot be harmed
and all things evil must flee before her, has been shaken by fighting the
past four years on Tris'Hath fighting as allies in their war. She still
believes in the superiority of Good and hates evil, but no longer does she
think she is infallible, and some of her innocent faith in life has faded
behind the horrors of war. She can still be naively arrogant with the
neutral or evil-aligned, but among dragons or those she respects for
their honest and pure spirits she is surprisingly humble for one of her
kind.
Though she rarely speaks of it, Chiya is also something of a traditional dragoness: she wants a family. Seeing so much death in battle and in the aftermath of battle has only intensified that desire, though she is far too shy, busy, or disinterested-- depending on who she is making the excuse to-- to take a mate. She is loyal to her adventuring partner, Ketvia, even though the two don't always understand each other. |
