| Personality: | Habithi is everything Netahiln cannot
achieve, and he flaunts it before her every chance he can get. Arrogant,
merciless, and utterly self-confident, he has no kindness, no affections, and no attachments to
anything to slow him down in his pursuit of power-- not even to Netahiln,
to her intense disappointment and his mild amusement. His ambition is
quiet but strong, and he has great goals for himself which he is quite
willing to achieve with or without his chosen bond. Small irritations
and minor setbacks do not bother him as much as they might bother
someone else, as he focuses on the overall plan-- and there is always
a plan. There is little of subtlety to him-- he sees everything in
straight lines, stark blacks and whites, and irrefutable morals, or lack
of them-- and everything of arrogance, being one who must always have
control over himself and his surroundings.
However, he is not impatient, offensively outspoken, or unruly. Rather, he has unfailing discipline over himself and demands discipline from anyone he associates with. If Netahiln can learn from him, can discipline her mind and her emotions and learn to distance herself from the attachments that he disdains himself, perhaps she will one day garner a sort of respect from the Balespawn that has claimed her, but until then she will earn nothing but scorn. Habithi will not actively teach her, but he still expects her to learn by watching what he does-- starting with that disgusting little "girl" she has so failed at corrupting. |
