Oco: Water and Mood-Swings

Description:	Though she be no bigger than your average housecat, Oco is hardly your average feline. Her short, velvet-soft fur is a deep, dark indigo from neck to knees to halfway down her tail, fading from there into vibrant aqua on face, limbs, and tail-tip, kept fastidiously clean so as not to sully the points of color. Both the membranes of her triple-digited wings and of the tall fin that runs from hips to tail-tip are a gray not quite as dark as her fur, though close, mottled faintly with pale blue. Pointing from between her ears and sweeping back are a pair of horns, silver and polished to reflection. Like all chaos cats, her eyes are gold, though usually they are heavy-lidded and downcast.
Personality:	There isn't much of the chaotic in this chaos cat, not as most people see it. Oco's chaotic nature manifests into mood swings: a more touchy, moody cat you never did see. That is not to say she is always depressed-- though she often is-- for she can be quite affectionate, and even cheerful, just... not very often. She is the smallest and the least assertive of the foursome, the cat who is the most like a tag-along, never quite as involved in anything as the others are. She is generally hanging back from the others, muttering about how she's being ignored, but when they try to ask for her opinion or thoughts in an attempt to get her more involved, she usually doesn't have an opinion to give and clams up. Despite her constant assertions that none of them really like her and don't care about her being there or not, she refuses to break up the group by leaving and just continues to let herself be led along by the others.
Abilities:	As a Water Chaos cat, Oco's abilities extend into the realm of the element of Water. She can summon, create, destroy, and manipulate any amount of water smaller than, say, one hundred gallons, and affect-- heat, cool, purify, poison, etc-- an amount the size of a small lake. She has begun learning the magics of weather, but she doesn't really care enough to learn them well.
History:	Near the home of the red-and-black Chaos cat deity, Aki-- or copper-furred, if she does not deign to show you her true form-- on the planet of Mardusion, is a rare place where all four breeds of the demon Chaos cats find enough of their respective elements in the same place to be comfortable living together. Oco and her inseparable trio of friends, Axa, Tef, and Cyr, come from the scattered prides that live there, spread out from the shores of the lake, through the trees, and up into the mountains, their own mixed-breed pride being close to the home of the Squall of the Sanctum Dream. They have spent all their young lives so far together, raised together nearly as siblings, never leaving their home. Now, though, grown past cub-hood and into adulthood, the four-- particularly Cyr-- are getting restless. They could roam the world they were born to, Mardusion, with its anthromorphic and sometimes magical populace, wreaking havoc on unsuspecting furries, like most of their kin. But somehow, that just didn't seem quite enough, particularly for the adventurous ringleader Cyr. Nothing will satisfy him but taking his little band off-world, to face new challenges and find new people to make chaos among. To that end he screwed up the courage to approach the Chaos deity herself, for though he was gifted with transportation magic, he not only could not transport his friends, he didn't know where to go! Much amused, Aki agreed to send him and the other three chaos cats off-world, and even gave them a selection of worlds to choose from. Each feline demon found a world they liked best, and Cyr suggested that they visit each in turn, with a return to their home for Aki to send them along again in between each trip. It was agreed on by all, and so they told their leader they were ready. Aki, however, had something of a surprise up her sleeve... like she always does!
Pet:	As'vor, a hermaphroditic but generally masculine ferojilon, though not technically belonging to Oco but rather to her home Squall of the Sanctum Dream and caretaker Aki, has something of a friendship with Oco, who spends a lot of time around the Sanctum's grounds. As'vor is a patient, solid sort of creature with the intelligence level and friendly loyalty of a fairly clever dog.
