While normally dragons and humanoids have an egalitarian, mutually beneficial bond, sometimes those bonds can be exploited.... The city of Hetue, on the planet far below the Star City space station, is one of those rare times, for the dragons have taken control and set themselves up as gods. Very few if the citizens know the truth, but very soon they will learn more than they ever wanted to, and revolution will come to the city....
