| Personality: | Somehow, Peta-mari combines hedonism,
outrageous flirtation, and a distinct love of sensuality in all forms,
and manages not to come across as a slut-- though Zabeth will be the
first to say she is one. As she confines her attentions and
activities solely to the female persuasion, Zabeth is even less
sure what to think of her. She discovered her preference for her own sex
early on, and since then has become something of a female womanizer,
setting her charming smile and clever mind on various ladies which
interest her at any given time. There may be a trail of broken hearts
behind her, before long.
When not focused on sexual conquest, Peta-mari is a very intelligent dragoness-- though she has been known to apply her impressive mental prowess to the aforementioned sexual conquest, as well. Away from the ladies, she reads rather heady books and can hold her own in philosophical, technical, and esoteric conversation. Perhaps surprisingly, her favorite subjects include psychology, religion, and magic. Of course, Peta-mari does have a mischievous streak, particularly when it comes to her caretaker and teacher, Zabeth. She and Zamah-aisi have been known to work together to torment the firebird, but while Zamah sees it as a parent-figure, Peta-mari has no qualms about trying to flirt with it whenever it is in female form, just to set it on edge. |
| Abilities: | Peta-Mari is, first and foremost, a
consummate shape-shifter. Of all her abilities, she has practiced and
perfected this one the most; while she is limited by only being able to
modulate her mass by about fifty percent in either direction, she is
extremely creative at finding new and interesting ways to reorganize
that mass, enough that she actually has a variety of humanoid forms she
likes. She rarely appears exactly the same way twice, however, and loves
experimenting.
Her other abilities include conjuring fire, which allows her to summon but not control a small flame, influence fire, which allows her to influence the size and movement of a fire but not control it completely, and a limited telepathy. The ability is strongest when in physical contact, and only even audible at a range of 100 feet, making communication difficult at times. Of course, she can also fly. |
