| Personality: | Timid but friendly when she feels safe
enough to be, little Star of Day-- named after her own first words, her
love of the sky, and in mimicry of her first bond's name-- feels safest
when with Eyes of Stars, who she adores and trusts implicitly. As for
the rest of the wildly-varied kret, Yesinal tends to overwhelm
her, so she much prefers the ouvriax at the end of the day, when
she's already worn herself out. Umax is a little less overwhelming,
since he speaks so much more slowly, but though she quickly comes to
love Beacon for who he is, she has trouble looking past the fact that
the tiny spider-dragon is so terrified of her own chosen bond. Eyes of Stars hopes they'll all
get along eventually, but he's a habitual worrier, and she has a tendency to pick
up on that and worry, as well. She can be just as thorough and nervous
of a worrier as he can, unfortunately, so it's a good thing they
have Yesinal and Umax's optimism to break them out of their fearful spirals,
since they tend to make each other's fretting worse through sharing
it.
Though not very social beyond her bond-group and those gentle enough not to startle her, Star of Day is a very intelligent child, and will grow up into an astute and observant dragoness. The members of her bond-group are usually the only ones privy to her observations, though while she will not speak of them, she has no qualms on acting on them of acting based on them, if need be. Her curiosity is limitless, and though she knows her beloved bond has no love of being indoors, she finds herself often drawn to the anory's library, and hopes to travel the worlds with Eyes of Stars and the rest of the kret someday. |
