| Personality: | Verklei's xenodragon heritage, though not terribly obvious in her appearance, manifests in her temperament as pride, strength, and protectiveness: in particular, she can be very fierce in defending her bond, whom, for reasons unknown, she adores unconditionally. However, though she bears bravery, ferocity, and unshakable loyalty, Verklei does not bear a sharp intellect. In fact, she is fairly simple at heart, possessing neither ambition nor guile, and she has a regrettable difficulty keeping her mouth shut-- or, in her case, keeping her thoughts private. More than once will Keshna have to pull her well-meaning but somewhat slow dragon out of a conversation with her siblings or with the demons she works among, for Verklei will try to defend her mistress' from untrue accusations and insults, but in the process reveal the secret Keshna has worked so hard to conceal: her real personality and ambitions. |
