Personality:	Rathan doesn't entirely trust his bond, though in Ratwi's case, that might be wise. Ratwi is a strong beast, with a powerful will and an agenda all his own. He is his own dragon; Rathan's just along for the ride so far as he's concerned. Ratwi is more than just his own dragon, though: he doesn't tolerate bullying of any sort, which includes the exploitation of people, a way of thinking that Rathan can agree with, even though Ratwi might not understand the value of waiting just yet. Ratwi thrives on revealing deceptions of any sort, on bringing justice-- preferably in a painful manner-- to those who harm others. Mastery over time certainly doesn't hurt; he can just take his time doing what he wants.
History:	Showing black Geperna as his base, Ratwi can use Black Fyre, a spray of freezing water, at a devastating level. In addition, however, he is of the Jikan, or Time, strain, meaning he has power over Time-based magic. Specifically, Ratwi has the ability to manipulate time to either slow it down or speed it up within the range of the spell. He may, completely on accident and without control, may produce random bubbles of stasis or tear a hole in time-space, producing a portal. When he uses his Majyck, it produces a rumbling like thunder, a sensation of being torn apart, and produces darkness in the area.
