| Personality: | Anyone who says stone mages are boring, stolid, and stubborn have never met Stone of Summer. He's feisty, maybe, with an explosive temper, but he's also friendly, energetic, flirty, and funny as long as his temper isn't aroused. Now and then he can be moody, and he is certainly proud, but he's a good fellow all around. He loves finding new and pretty stones-- or old and pretty stones; he has quite a collection which can make things difficult when the Dynce wants to move-- and though he tries to be responsible and a good leader, honestly he's only mediocre at it. |
| Abilities: | Stone of Summer's magic is stone magic: he can sense, affect, alter, and shape stone of all kinds. He likes them best when they're sun-baked and radiating heat, and works best with desert sand and volcanic rock. He is also immune to magically affected plants and magic associated with plants and resistant to damage from plants in general. |

| Abilities: | Gaze of Stone, while not actually able to turn people to stone with her gaze, does have both stone magic and immunity, and the ability to petrify people via snakebite. Each of her many serpentine tendrils of "hair"-- a forced mutation from a long-ended war-- is venomous with a paralyzing, petrifying poison. Gaze of Stone has been known to turn people to stone via this poison and then keep them around as servants, manipulated by her magic as a Wynd of Mage. More mundanely, she can fly and speak aloud. |
| Personality: | Cool, even cold, Gaze of Stone is a distant mare but an undeniably powerful one, both in magic and in personality. She is utterly confident, even arrogant, and really, not many at the anory care to make her angry lest she turn them into stone. However, despite popular theory, most of her stone "servants" she's created are not not individuals who have angered her, merely people who were in the wrong place at the wrong time when she needed aid. She is not needlessly cruel, and is endlessly patient, like stone itself, but neither is she a particularly nice Wynd. |
