Personality: Though she be somewhat simple, Sugar is simple in a sweet, kind, loving way, like a child or another innocent: full of questions, but no answers; wondering, but no wisdom. Because of her childhood abandonment, she is timid and jumpy in new situations, and has an intense fear of being alone, even for a few minutes. But, if she feels safe and comfortable with her surroundings, she is very affectionate and curious, very much like a child. If given enough support and reassurance, and enough familiar faces promising her she will not be doing anything alone, she could be content to do anything, go anywhere, befriend anyone at all. If that support and reassurance is taken away, however, getting her to take a step is next to impossible, she is so easily frightened. As her rescuer and a kind heart, Sugar adores Feak as a big brother: protector, friend, and guide through the terrors of the world.
History:  Where Sugar began her life and just who her parents are, no one knows, least of all Sugar herself. Sugar's egg was stolen by Keshnarmynee Adumbra's dragon Verklei, in an attempt to please her angry, disappointed bond. Verklei never told Keshna just where she managed to procure an egg of any kind, though it would probably be safe to guess that she comes from Star City somewhere, as that is one of the few places Verklei knew well enough to sneak around in. Even if this was the case, though, no one deigned to tell Sugar this, so she has not even an idea of where she might be from.

The first thing the little dragon remembers about life was hatching, being confronted by a black, furry face, and, half angry and half terrified, refusing the demand that she bond her. She was then promptly abandoned, only to spend the next two days alone and slowly starving to death. It was only luck that the Avengaean mutt-dragon Kelland Qhemel-- more commonly known as Feak-- heard her desperate crying and found her. He saved her life, bringing her with him to more civilized parts of Avengaea, feeding her, nursing her back to health, and then naming her, because she couldn't think up a name for herself. Now follows him wherever he goes, since he doesn't have the heart to just abandon her, and can't seem to shake her otherwise!

Abilities: Sugar, like most dragons, is telepathic; in fact, she is fairly strongly telepathic, and even more strongly empathic, constantly aware of the emotional state of those around her. She can also speak aloud, though her ability with languages is not particularly good: she knows Avengaean common, and a smattering of phrases in the Nexus common tongue, but that's about it. Other powers that she might have, she will have to wait until she's older to discover. For now, as a child, these are all she knows.
