| Physical Description: | Riya looks maybe seventeen years old, younger than he really is, whipcord thin and taught as a bowstring. He's very pale, skin contrasting with his thick, black hair, pulled back into a braid that constantly comes loose, his long bangs hanging about his face. He has wide, almond-shaped eyes, colored an odd mix of gray, blue, and violet. Riya wears a denim gray jacket over a white t-shirt with faded blue-jeans, and black, comfortably worn boots. On his left wrist is a steel bracelet with a black stone set into it, decorated with abstract designs in the metal. |
| Personality: | Generally laid-back and easy-going, Riya tries to make himself unnoticed most of the time. He's had to manage the art of being invisible to most of those of higher rank than him-- which is just about everyone-- though by nature he prefers to stick out at least a little. It is his job which forces him to tone himself down, as he is the son and dedicated espionage agent of the Martian rebel leader Malagai Kethron, though he is dedicated more out of love for his father than a particular ecological concern for Mars. Riya has a strong sense of humor and a streak of mischievousness, but both he keeps well-bottled when he has to, and he loves people when they aren't looking down their nose at him for one reason or another. |
