| Personality: | As befits someone of his position, Vispeto
is meticulous and thorough when it comes to his job: not one i is ever
left undotted or t uncrossed when he's on duty, not one grain of wheat
uncounted or one transaction unrecorded. He's a stickler for the rules,
and while not exactly sycophantic, he has a lot of respect for his
superiors and has no qualms with trying to stay in their favor. He has
an excellent memory, an eye for detail, and a dedication to doing things
right.
Then he gets off work, and he sheds all of that-- or most of it, anyway. When just with his friends, Vispeto knows how to relax and have fun. He isn't likely to break a lot of rules while having fun, but neither is he liable to scold others for doing so, if it isn't something terrible dangerous or harmful, much less rat on them. His idea of fun is as often intellectual as physical, of course, and he enjoys mind-games and puzzles as much as swimming, chasing, and merely hanging out. |

| Abilities: | Obviously, Vispeto has a quick mind and a trained memory. He has powerful telekinetics, with such fine control that he can write with his mind alone while in full dragon form-- since, after all, webbed fingers do not make for high dexterity-- and moderate telepathy, enough to make himself understood. Though he has some small abilities with water-elemental magic, mostly only enough to dry something out if necessary and keep himself out of the water for several hours at a time yet still stay healthy, he doesn't use it beyond the most basic of tasks, namely those two listed above. |
