Description: | Qhurn is not human. Nor does he look human. Nor would he ever want to be human, for he is very proud of his heritage. His skin is a dark violet, with a faintly iridescent sheen, and somewhat chill to the touch, as not only is his body temperature lower than that of a human's, but his skin is much thicker, preserving what heat he emits beneath it. He is reed-like in build, with long, digitrade legs paired with a short, starkly ribbed torso, and his hands bear only four fingers each, one being a thumb. His feet are more like cloven hooves with two dew claw like toes which are capable of grasping, if weakly, and covered in soft, white fur, matching the silken white hair running down from forehead to the middle of his back in more of a mane than a human-like head of hair. Flanking the line of white hair are two pairs of ears, or at least what look like ears, webbed and wide. His eyes are large, double-lidded for sight above and below water, and each a different color: one a very pale pink, and the other a very bright red. Qhurn's wardrobe mainly consists of comfortably form-fitting, monochrome black and white, when he isn't in uniform, and he is usually decked out in various weapons, obvious or not. He wears no cyborware, largely because cyborware hasn't been designed for his species yet. |
Personality: | On his own world, Qhurn would be a warrior; as it is, banished from his clan and kind, he is merely a policeman on the Star City space station, and on the whole fairly content with the situation. He is quiet and polite, though with a wicked sense of humor and evil smile (showing sharp teeth, in fact), when he cares to use either one. Duty is important to him, but honor is more important, and family even more important than that. The loss of his own family in his banishment grieves him, but he is working on forming a new family on the station, including Indira, his dragoness. |
